EasyShiftPlan is staff scheduling software for small-business managers. All published prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

- Price: CA$0
- Access: no account or payment details required
- Purpose: try the scheduling workflow with isolated sample data before adding a real store

## Free workspace for your store

- Create an account to get a separate workspace for your own store
- No payment details are required to create the workspace
- It starts empty; demo employees and schedules are not copied into it
- For a first run, use staff codes such as “Staff 1”; wages and staff email are optional

## Paid plans for one store

Choosing a paid plan first opens account creation. After you create an account, add payment details and confirm in Stripe Checkout to start the 14-day trial. Before confirming, review the first charge date and amount shown by Stripe. The free demo does not require payment details.

After the trial, the monthly plan renews automatically at CA$20 per month, or the annual plan at CA$199 per year, unless you cancel before the trial ends. Manage an active subscription from Billing in your EasyShiftPlan workspace.

The annual plan costs CA$199 for a year, compared with CA$240 for twelve monthly payments at CA$20 per month.

## What the plans are for

The public plans are for a manager scheduling one store. EasyShiftPlan focuses on shift setup, availability, time off, staffing rules, schedule review and CSV export. It does not require replacing a store's existing payroll, point-of-sale or time-clock tools.

For multi-store rollouts, onboarding or integrations, contact EasyShiftPlan to discuss scope. Do not assume those services are included in the one-store subscription.
